Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under applicable consumer law. Where Australian consumer guarantees apply, the appropriate remedy may be a repair, replacement or refund depending on the problem.

Before sending an item back

Please contact us for return instructions and the correct return address. Keep your proof of purchase and packaging where possible. We will explain any applicable return costs before arranging a return.

Change of mind or sizing

Contact us to discuss a request before returning an item. A change-of-mind return is not automatically guaranteed; this does not affect remedies for faulty or incorrectly described goods.
